I provide tele-health to clients in New York State and Florida.

Each 50 minute session is $200. We do offer a sliding scale if you qualify based on your income.

You can expect to meet for about 60 minutes during your first session. I will guide you through all of the important information you need to know pertaining to our work together. Once we get through the boring stuff :) we’ll jump right into exploring your goals and what you hope to accomplish during our time together.

The length of therapy is contigent upon what your goals are. You can expect to attend at least 8-12 sessions at a minimum. That will give us an opportunity to get to know each other and to get started on the reason why you’ve chosen therapy at this time!

A Good Faith Estimate is exactly what is sounds like! It keeps therapists honest. It’s an estimate of what you’d spend based on an estimated amount of sessions. Don’t let it scare you. It isn’t a bill or a commitment to a number of sessions.
